What you need

Licensed. Insured. Executive class.

  • A chauffeur license where you work.
  • A licensed livery or black-car vehicle: executive sedan, SUV or VAN. Not rideshare.
  • Commercial livery insurance in your name or your company’s.
  • Fleets are welcome: apply once, then add your chauffeurs and vehicles.

Is this rideshare?

No. White Umbrella works only with licensed livery and black-car chauffeurs.

When does my city open?

On its launch day, once enough chauffeurs there are verified and the local rules are checked. Your Charter spot is held until then.

Where do the journeys come from?

Guests and companies book airport transfers and chauffeurs by the hour, in advance. Every offer shows the route, the time and your payout before you accept.

Can I release a journey after accepting it?

Yes, up to 4 hours before pickup.

Do I pay anything?

No fee to join and no monthly fee. We earn a share of each fare, only when you drive.

What if my city’s spots are filled?

Applications there wait for the next intake. Apply anyway: we write to you the moment it opens.

Who sees my documents?

Only our team. License numbers are checked with the licensing authority, nowhere else. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
